REDDING DTC AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS to three graduating students of Joel Barlow High School. At a ceremony held Thursday, June 3, 2010, the following recipients were recognized by Mark Lewis, DTC treasurer and chairman of the Region 9 Board: Nico Dee (the John G. Atwood Scholarship), Marlee Jensen (the Alvin Ruml Scholarship), Katherine Tschudi (the Hugh Claremont Scholarship).
