It's time for a New Deal--not the continued Raw Deal

[Oct. 20, 2008] Are you better off now than you were 8 years ago? After 8 years of Republican ideological incompetence it is time for a return to honor, honesty, and competence in Washington. Barack Obama is your clear choice for mature, intelligent, and pragmatic leadership. Wouldn’t that be a nice change?

America needs change to deal with our mismanaged economy, reform healthcare, appropriately regulate Wall Street, repair our moral standing in the world, address global warming, end our dependence on imported oil, end the disastrous diversion in Iraq, successfully conclude the War in Afghanistan, and create good jobs here at home.

America is better and deserves better than we have had from the Republicans. Now is the time for a new deal not a continued raw deal. On November 4th vote for the winning Democratic team - Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Jim Himes, John Hartwell and Jason Bartlett.
