Himes and others join in town's Memorial Day programs

On Memorial Day, Reddingites pause to remember and honor those men and women who sacrificed to ensure the freedoms our town and country enjoy today. Since the early 1960s, a highlight of the day has been a parade down Lonetown Road to the green in front of the Congregational Church. This year, U.S. Congressman Jim Himes (D-4th) and his family joined with other state and local dignitaries for the ceremonies.
